Three vehicles lie in a creek after raging floodwater undercut Dillon Road near U.S. 287 in Broomfield, Colo. on Sept. 12, 2013. The three motorists were rescued from the vehicles after emergency workers secured the vehicles with ropes and the motorists scrambled up the banks of the creek.
